Problem

AIA Vitality’s Health & Wellbeing app (V10) was built on a partner’s original platform, which constrained customisation and made it difficult to scale a consistent experience across 18 regions. As regional needs grew, the underlying architecture and inherited UX limited localisation, slowed delivery, and reduced AIA Vitality’s ability to tailor journeys, content, and features to serve customers in each market.

Solution

We re-architected the app and redesigned the end-to-end user experience to support modular, region-ready delivery. This enabled flexible localisation and configuration of key journeys, content, and features by market while maintaining a consistent global experience. The result was a more scalable and maintainable product foundation—improving speed of iteration and allowing AIA Vitality to better meet customer needs across all 18 regions.

Re-architected and redesigned AIA Vitality’s Health & Wellbeing app to enable scalable localisation across 18 regions. Built a modular, region-ready app foundation—balancing global consistency with local market needs across 18 regions. Redesigned the end-to-end experience and platform to accelerate regional customisation at scale (18 markets). Modernised the app’s UX and architecture to support faster localisation and growth across 18 regions.
